Michel Sarfaty (1971) is one of the three founders of our firm and heads the Real Estate section.
Michel studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and was sworn in as a lawyer in 1998. After 5 years of legal practice, he was ready to set up his own firm.
From the start of his career, Michel has specialized in real estate. More specifically, he focuses on the purchase/sale and rental/lease of commercial real estate, construction law, project development and general contract law in relation to real estate.
Michel’s real estate practice consists of advising and litigating on behalf of investors and developers with nationally diversified real estate portfolios, consisting of shops, offices, commercial buildings and homes.
Michel is a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys, the Association of Real Estate Lawyers, the Lawyers’ Association for Apartment Law and the Association for Construction Law.

This registration obliges that ten training credits are obtained in each registered main legal area each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
