Jason Bol (1983) has been working at Sarfaty Advocaten since June 2012.
Jason studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam, where he also obtained a Minor in Developmental Psychology. Jason also took a number of legal courses at the University of Barcelona.
After his studies, Jason worked as a lawyer for more than 3 years at a large regional law firm in Haarlem, where he practiced general civil law.
At Sarfaty Advocaten, Jason advises and litigates in (civil) real estate cases relating to the purchase/sale and rental/lease of real estate, VvE issues, general law of obligations and civil procedural law. In addition, he assists tenants and landlords, and buyers and sellers, respectively, in (sub)letting and (sub)purchase disputes.
In 2016, Jason successfully completed the specialization course in tenancy law of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys, which course aims to provide a thorough, specialized knowledge of and skill in the tenancy law of residential and commercial property.
Jason is a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys and also a member of the Association for Young Real Estate Lawyers.

– Tenancy law residential property
This registration obliges that ten training credits are obtained in each registered main area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
