Femke van der Heijden (1974) has been working at Sarfaty Advocaten since 2016 and became a partner in 2020.
After graduating from Utrecht University, Femke worked as a lawyer at Houthoff Buruma for 6 years, 4.5 of which in the Real Estate section.
She then worked as an interim lawyer for various clients (companies, municipalities and private individuals) until 2012, always in the field of spatial planning law. As a result, she has gained a good insight into the ins and outs of various organisations and she is now experiencing the benefits of this.
Femke has been working as a lawyer again since 2012. She advises and litigates on environmental permits, zoning plan procedures, deviations from zoning plans, enforcement issues and other administrative law issues.
Femke is a member of the Association for Construction Law (VBRA) and the Association for Administrative Law (VAR).

- Environmental Law: Spatial Planning Law
This registration obliges that ten training credits are obtained in each registered main legal area each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
