Construction law
If you are a contractor who is confronted with a poorly paying client, the contractor you hired does not keep his agreements or the house delivered to you appears to have a defect, Sarfaty Advocaten can advise you on the measures to be taken. Tenancy law
At the moment, nothing is as changeable as the rules that apply within real estate and in particular tenancy law. Sarfaty Advocaten specializes in tenancy law with regard to retail space, office space and residential space. Each type of real estate has its own rules. We can also tell you what to do if the property you are renting has a defect (e.g. leakage). Transaction (purchase and sale)

VVE law
If, as an owner, you are confronted with decisions of your VVE to which you wish to object or if the VVE refuses to give you permission for, for example, the extension of your home or the construction of a roof terrace, the lawyers of Sarfaty Advocaten can advise you on the possibilities of successfully objecting to a VVE decision or requesting substitute permission from the court for your construction plans.
