Labor law

We assist both employers and employees in the field of employment law. We can assist you with reorganisations, dismissal on the grounds of poor performance or a disrupted employment relationship or, for example, with the drafting or updating of an employment contract.

Because we do employment law from both the perspective of the employee and the employer, we can put ourselves in both sides of the case.

We particularly represent employees working at banking institutions and automation companies. We have extensive experience in negotiating termination agreements, dispute resolution through mediation and in conducting proceedings in the field of employment law.

Employment law is very much in flux when it comes to the distinction between employment contracts and self-employed person agreements. We can also advise you in this area.

Labor disputes

We assist both employers and employees in labor disputes. Think of cases in which employees do not function well, if there is a disturbed labor relationship or if, for example, fraud has occurred. We have extensive experience in negotiating labor disputes, assisting employers and/or employees in labor mediation and conducting procedures.

Disability

We assist employers and employees in the event of incapacity for work.

Employment contracts

We tailor your employment contract, depending on the specific requirements that apply in your industry. We can adapt model agreements that you already use to the current situation.

Severance payments

If you are dismissed, it is important that a number of matters are properly arranged, such as appropriate severance pay, dismissal from a non-competition clause, a positive testimonial, etc. We have extensive experience in negotiating severance arrangements between employer and employee.

Reorganizations

We can assist you in implementing a reorganization, if the circumstances of your company require it. We have extensive experience in conducting procedures at the UWV.

Self-employed persons

A common theme in employment law is the dividing line between the employment contract and the contract of assignment (self-employed contract). We can advise you in choosing the right construction. We have extensive experience in conducting proceedings on this subject.
