Thomas Hovers (1977) has been working for Sarfaty Advocaten since November 2006 and became a partner in 2015.
Thomas studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam. After graduating, Thomas started working as a lawyer at Boekel de Nerée (now Dentons) in August 2003. Thomas has specialized in real estate since 2004.
Thomas mainly focuses on matters concerning the purchase/sale and rental/letting of real estate, homeowners’ association law, neighbor law (including foundation disputes), general law of obligations and civil procedural law. He acts in (sub)letting and (sub)purchase disputes on the side of both tenants and landlords, and on the side of both buyers and sellers.
Thomas is a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys (VHA), the Association of Real Estate Lawyers (VVJ) and the Association of Apartment Law Attorneys (JvA).

This registration obliges that ten training credits are obtained in each registered main legal area each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
