Mr. J. (Jason) Bol

Jason Bol (1983) has joined SchramOosterveenSarfaty in June 2012.

Jason studied law at the university of Amsterdam, where he also obtained a minor in development psychology. Furthermore, Jason attended law school in Barcelona, Spain, where he attended several legal courses.

After obtaining his law degree Jason worked for three years as a lawyer with a large regional law office in Haarlem, where he had a general civil practice.

At SchramOosterveenSarfaty Jason specializes in advising and litigating in civil real estate cases in relation to sale/purchase and lease of real estate, general contract law and civil procedural law. Jason represents both landlords and tenants, i.e. buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate.

Jason is a member of the Association for Young Real Estate Lawyers.
