Jason Bol (1983) joined Sarfaty Advocaten in June 2012.

Jason studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam where he also achieved an academic minor in Developmental Psychology. On top of this, Jason enrolled at the University of Barcelona to study a number of legal subjects.

After graduating, Jason worked as a lawyer for more than 3 years at a major law firm in greater Haarlem where he practiced general civil law.

Within Sarfaty Advocaten, Jason is engaged in the provision of legal advice and litigation in (civil-law) real-estate cases concerning the purchase/sale and lease of immovable property, homeowner-association issues, general contract law and civil procedural law. In lease and purchase/sale disputes, he represents lessees as well as lessors respectively purchasers as well as vendors.

In 2016 Jason successfully completed the postgraduate in-depth course on landlord & tenant law of the Dutch Association of Landlord & Tenant-Law Lawyers (“VHA”), which course aims at providing in-depth, specialized knowledge of and skills in landlord & tenant law involving residential and business property.

Jason is a member of the Dutch Association of Landlord & Tenant-Law Lawyers (“VHA”) and also a member of the Dutch Association of Junior Legal Experts on Real-Estate Law (“VJOJ”).

Accreditation register:

Jason has registered the following areas of law in the accreditation register of the Bar Association of the Netherlands:

– Landlord & Tenant law concerning business property
– Landlord & Tenant law concerning residential property

This registration comes with the obligation to obtain ten CPE credits per calendar year for each registered key area of law, in compliance with the standards of the Bar Association of the Netherlands.
